From dusk to Midnight on the 4th, maybe a few firecrackers during the day on the week around it.

Any other time, I’m calling the cops.

Hey man, the days of cat discrimination need to stop. Cat lives matter too. For the record, my cat was not disturbed at all by the fireworks last night.

Cats deserve better than this board treats them. Disrespects our feline friends everyday. They're felines, not felons (which by the way, I don't have a problem with either.)

Cats hunt and kill with the best of them. This country does not need an uprising among our feline friends. They're just trying to make it in the crazy world too.

I'm currently organizing protest and petitions for the Jacksonville Jaguars and LSU Tigers to change these offensive mascots. They should not be used as symbols, but instead celebrated as the victims of discrimination that they've been subjected to for so long.

That Tiger statue, it's coming down. You'll rue the day it was erected. My plan is purrfect and will not be declawed by the oppressive dog lovers that have ruled our society for too long now.

Damn! Dude! I apologize for my doggy Privilege.

I think people should definitely be allowed to shoot fireworks. I mean, it's one time a year. That being said, someone is shooting them off right now nearby. It isn't even 8am yet.

I actually live in a real nice neighborhood. Whoever is doing it must be from Missouri.

A felony? Woah. Some of my greatest childhood memories are of family 4th of July celebrations and, of course, popping fireworks. It's part of the American childhood checklist to write your name with a sparkler and fire off some bottle rockets. There is nothing more American than fireworks to celebrate our nation's birthday. You know, "the rockets' red glare...the bombs bursting in air?" It's a patriotic/symbolic thing for many people, and personally I love it. Especially this year. You now have an entire year to stock up on earplugs.

I’ve got a good friend that was a combat medic in Iraq. July 5th is the worst day of the year for him. He lost his buddy on that day. I’ve never heard any details of the story from him, but given what he did it wouldn’t surprise me if his buddy died in his arms while he was trying to save him. I’m pretty sure he doesn’t sleep on the night of the fourth because of all the fireworks.

Karen can eat shite.

I don't understand the issue people have with fireworks. The neighborhood last night was really lit up with fireworks. I went in the house and the most I could hear is a muffled pop here and there. If that triggers people then they must be triggered by having the TV volume on. Hell, my neighbor is mowing his lawn next door and that makes more noise than a few muffled pops from fireworks last night.

Some people are just so miserable they have to fun hate and bring everyone around them down to their level of misery.

I’m interested in reading her letter to God regarding thunderstorms.
