Alright, I quickly looked through some of the other videos. The white girl was throwing a fit and telling someone to get the woman's phone..
I have no clue who is right or wrong, like everyone else, I didn't see what happened before the filming started.. But if she worked there.. Instead of flipping the frick out in public why didn't she just go in the back?
Only stupid engages stupid. But that girl is an example of a kid whose parents kept sheltered. She didn't have the ability to handle it herself. It seems like interacting with people is becoming more of an art than... normal behavior.

We live in an insane world. That would could have just walked away. Problem solved. Let it go, move on with life.. Instead, she wasted her time videoing it, dealing with security, etc, etc..

What video? In the first one, I just saw the girl go at her. We have no reason to know why she did it. I can assume by her behavior that it was probably an irrational response, but I can only assume.
