Yep. I heard about some students having their apartment broken into there, while they were home. They were girls so they had to hide in the closet. Also heard some other student had his car stolen from that parking lot

Can't agree on this. I wouldn't exactly call this a traditional karaoke night. The karaoke is dominated by rap music and all the songs in between are rap music. They might not have chosen the crowd, but they aren't doing anything to deter it.

MM hires a DJ who in charge of the music and the karaoke. You can't really blame him for playing rap music the whole time if that's what all the culcha in there is asking for.
but you are right in the fact that management needs to do something . If they don't fix this issue they're going to lose a lot of business though. College students like to go there for trivia night, and they won't go there as long as the culcha is there doing shite like this.

Yep they can change the crowd. Change it to 80s night or something like that.
