Actually I would imagine that they have to spend money on things a normal person doesn't just maintain sanity. Kanye West can't move to a typical suburb or fly coach or stay at the Motel 6 without a mob of people up in his business. Just securing his privacy and personal safety must run multiple millions of dollars.
Tommy Lee put in a starbucks at his mansion because going to get coffee was a massive personal invasion. Just an example.

also when you're a guy who makes money out of his celebrity, you have to socialize within those circles and that costs a ton of money
but, usually it's just what normal people go bankrupt on (houses, land, cars, failed businesses), but a larger scale
