After the picture, my theory went down the tubes.

And it wasn’t even her first DUI. And on top of that she plead guilty of vehicular manslaughter. What the hell is that judge thinking?

Should be in prison for at least 30 years
Also, first time DUI offenses should result in 5 year loss of license. Now let all the drunk drivers doenvote away

I'm sure the the judge had a reasonable explana...
Lock her up and throw away the key.

They should sentence her to gastric bypass surgery

Methinks it wasn't quite as clear cut as the articles make it sound. First of all, she was at a .102 slightly higher than the .08 allowed. Secondly, she was arrested more than a year after the accident. Why it didn't happen immediately is suspicious.

Well, that’s a man, so my theory gone..

Unless there is a lot more to her sentence, that does sound a little light. However, I do not believe that people should be put in jail for long periods of time for something that was not intentional.

How is it not intentional when someone gets drunk and kills someone? Did someone hold her down and force feed her vodka then duck tape her in the driver’s seat and put a cinder block on the accelerator?
