Yeah, the fall seems too soon. But as long as the excipients are benign and the preliminary safety results are positive, we could see vaccines for the highest risk group in large phase 3 studies not too far into 2021. Especially since the FDA is going to fast track everything.

Most do, but not required in many cases. The FDA approval process is among the most corrupt and outdated.
Several countries across the world do a better job at this than we do.
National Crisis can curtail a lot of the issues, but big pharma is going to be pissed.
