That doesn't mean that charges shouldn't be filed. I just figure they won't be for reasons other than whether or not they broke the law.

I'm way late to this and it may have been covered, but every year they make the pledges build a wall and defend it as other fraternities try and destroy it. I don't remember, however, the football team ever getting involved while I was there.

Those students singing a song in Oklahoma got kicked out of school and they didn't even break any laws. These guys are getting a free ride to one of the best schools in the country and they act like 5 year olds. We can blame the MSM for wrongfully putting the thought that Donald Trump is racist in their heads, but ultimately these douchebags are adults and should be treated as such for being dumbasses. We need to send a message that supporting Trump doesn't equate to hate speech and peoples private property and free speech won't be infringed upon.

This would probably fall under the Tulane Police Dept jurisdiction.
While I don't think it's a big deal, they should force the the offendors tearing the wall down to go to diversity training so they learn about respecting other political views and property and they should be required to perform community service.
I'm surprised and glad that the KAs were smart and retreated to their house.
