I love GSDs. I've had one for a year, and he's such a great dog. He's as loyal as can be, loves people, other dogs and even cats, but he has very protective instincts.

I've been pretty surprised by some of the K9 videos. I expected these dogs to obey commands better than they do.
Am I the only one that finds it somewhat ridiculous that a dog, who is tasked to interact with the public, doesn't release immediately on command?
