Sadly, what's weird, is I couldn't imagine any situation in which the black community would praise the black cop as being a fallen hero and thank him for his work.

I would absolutely go to a vigil in July to remember the officers. I think this is a great idea and someone needs to organize it.

Their days on the streets are probably over. If this plays out anything like what happened to Darren Wilson, they'll probably have to move out of BR, and never work in law enforcement again. And the family is going to file a BS lawsuit against them.
