To be honest if the cart guy ran into my truck with a load full of carts I would have had some words with him as well. I don't care what color he was.

Seriously, the kid was doing his job. I don't think its easy to steer a load full of carts. If he bumped a vehicle and there was no damage done, would you really be pissed? Pissed off enough to start throwing out racial slurs? You need to be a better communicator and learn how to handle certain situation.
