In Livingston parish we saw a guy peeing by his truck in the parking lot of a newer gas station with a restroom on a very busy street.

If you think that’s crazy, in Baton Rouge they have these people who rob and hurt others on an everyday basis and even kill each other. Then they have the audacity to tell other people to care about their lives when they have absolutely no regard for their own lives.

On any given day in downtown Houston you can see all manner of filth that comes with living in a major American city. ODers passed out at the bus stop as people in 100k cars drive by, street people blowing each other in an alley for drugs, the randomly screaming street people that might spit on you if you get to close, and so on. It comes with city life.
