The media and internet are giving this kid, and others like him, what they want.
Back then, you couldn't shoot up a school and become instantly famous like today.

Dude definitely comes across as crazy as well as low IQ. From this video it's hard to say bullying had anything to do with it. Seems more like the guy was born that way more than like anything turned him that way. He really looks detached from reality.
