A thirty-something year old man in decent shape and a stable career can absolutely clean up.
Not hard at all to get dates with 22-25 year olds. Any younger than that and I usually want to blow my brains out.

Yeah, that's imperative. You've either got to be in proximity to a city of 150/200k+ (at the low end), or near a college campus.

On hinge, it's hogs...hogs with kids, the few i've actually met up with weighed a solid 50 lbs more then the pics let on.......tons of CNA/hair dresser/net work marketing type single mom sob stories....."oh these pics were the year after highschool... you're 28 now.....needless to say im still on the hunt.
