Just had an accident. Who's at fault?

3 lane road near downman and chef in NOLA. Checked to see if the right lane was clear. There was a 1 ton in the middle lane, but no one in the right lane. Eased into right lane, and and as I was almost fully in the lane, I'm impacted on my driver's side running board, midway up my truck. Impacting vehicle was between right and middle lane at the time of impact. Not sure if they came from behind 1-ton possibly. Who's at fault?

Yes. Turned into right lane from service road.
