7thward if you are willing to move to lake charles and start as a laborer, i can hire you tomorrow. Pay is around 18/hour with plenty of room for advancement. Lmk if interested

Well kinda figured that, but i need people really really bad. All i ask for is a clean background for the last 7 years, twic and somebody that can piss clean.
You would think i would have people lining up, but its hard work(civil work inside a chemical plant) and for every two i hire, one quits within a month. Amazing to me that even paying close to 20 an hour for people with zero experience, i still can't find good people.

$18 an hour is damn good money .. Especially with OT .. But a lot of people just don't want work ..
