the itch may be reduced by an antihistamine.

I'm less interested in the spider bite and more interested in your face that is normally smaller than a baseball. Do you have a tiny body too or do you just have a tiny head on a normal body?

I pictured a walking tee ball stand

My daughter got bit but not sure what kind. We were on Vacation in TN. It got really red and hard after a couple of days ... I was ready to bring her to a walk in clinic as she said it really HURT to walk. We ended up waiting until the morning to decide and it was feeling better.

Doubt that you'll die. But I'd watch for signs of infection and keep it clean.

Ok I can see the pics now.

Unfortunately it was too late to save your life. If you haven't made a trip to the ER already, there isn't enough time.

What you have is a black widow bite, very rare in today's time but that bite is very hard to mistake. Classic signs of itching and bite pattern.

There is not much left for you to do now except be with your loved ones before your departure from life.

May your soul rest in peace. My deepest condolences for your loss.

If I had to guess, wolf spider bites, especially if it's been a couple of hours already.

You can't really get F'd up from anything other than recluses to be honest. Even widows (black or brown) aren't that bad. And if it was a bigger spider like that, you likely would have felt getting bit.
