run your bite under the absolute hottest water you can stand for a few minutes and take some benadryl for the next few days to help with the coming auto immune response. If it was a brown recluse your body is going to start attacking the bite area.

This is the OT, the real question has not been asked in 2 pages.
Did the spider fall over dead immediately after biting, or is it just intoxicated and walking sideways from all the stuff in the Op's system?

This reminds me of a thread that LSUTANGERINE started several years ago. He claimed that he had a spider bite and posted a pretty gruesome pic. Someone found the pic on Google and he was busted. Much disappointment ensued.
