Just got a job offer... accept now?

Just got a job offer and it meets all my requirements in terms of title, culture, job description, salary, location(fully remote), and benefits. I have until Friday to make a decision.
I would accept now, and have told about 10 companies thanks but no thanks, but I am still in contention for 2 other jobs that I don't want to reject yet. Those 2 other jobs pay more. Both are located in the Dallas area and are not remote, one pays $20k-$30k more if I were to get the job, the other would pay $15k-$25k more.
The job that would pay $20k-$30k more, I have my 3rd interview with them tomorrow. It requires a take home assignment that I just got today and I have until tomorrow to complete it. I think this job may be a stretch for me in terms of my capabilities. There would definitely be a learning curve. I've had to bullshite my way through a few questions so far, and the take home assignment has concepts of there that I have no idea what they are and would have to Google, which makes me skeptical I can get an offer from them should they be willing to move quickly and make a decision by Friday.
The other that pays $15k-$25k more is perhaps the best fit for a job I have interviewed for so far. I would be able to come in and hit the ground running with no learning curve. However I've only had one 30 minute conversation so far with these people but they really liked me, but I am skeptical that they will move fast enough to have a decision by Friday. I have an hour long interview with them tomorrow as well.
My gut says to reject the job paying $20-$30k more just because I am not sure if I have the skillset needed to succeed. Then go ahead and interview with the job paying $15-$25k more, hope I do really good, and then drop the bomb on them at the end saying that I have an offer out and you will have to move quickly otherwise I am out.
I just don't see either company being willing to move quickly.

You need to put a value on working from home and not having to deal with a commute, especially in a place like Dallas.
Time is money friend.

Do what your gut says.

Have they ran your background check yet, where you have pending charges?

It's a numbers game. The ones I rejected are ones who have salary ranges below what the offer I got is offering, or are in locations I don't want to move to if I don't have to.

The ability to live where you choose and still work remotely is the key here. You can make up that 20K in time, commute, etc. Take the damn remote position and live where you want to live.

Yes and they didn't care about the charges.

Sounds like you are in the drivers seat but be careful you can turn a potential offer into a no offer if you jerk the employer around or can't commit.
Tough position though because you could turn down the current one and end up not getting the other one also.
If it were me I would accept the one you have before the deadline regardless. If the other one comes through you can always back out or resign, you're likely gonna burn that bridge either way.

Factor in not commuting when you consider money. Fewer miles, less wear and tear on the car, few hours spent commuting means less time dedicated to work. That might be worth $10,000 less if you’re making enough

Is this a math riddle?..because it's not a true story.

I am going to live in the DFW area if I take this job. But not having to deal with Dallas traffic would be nice.

There's your answer! Even still, if another city/state becomes more attractive you pick up and go as you please

Why do you think we care?
Why aren’t you lawsuit rich yet?

Pay structure? Incentivized compensation?

If he hasn’t plead to anything here yet he’s probably ok. Pending charges are just an accusation.

I commute to work 20 miles everyday on 635 and very rarely have traffic.
