She was pitted at 85 and actually passed by an exit while already lit up if she felt safer getting off the interstate. There's already been discussion on the dying dog case. We've overwhelmingly determined the dog owner was an idiot

This is the correct answer.
Both were at fault, and it's not o.k. to endanger other drivers even if your dog is having a medical emergency.

I’ve lived in Arkansas 2 years and have been pulled over twice for trivial shite and given a warning. I’d never been pulled over in my previous 17 years of driving.

A dog is not a person, but she did endangered humans with her careless operation, excessive speed, and she failed to pull over when police tailed her with a siren. Everything she did was wrong, the officer was doing her job correctly and she will not be reprimanded. The officer makes the arrest or issues citations, then the judge decides if there is a penalty or if the charges are dropped based on the situation.
I love dogs, but they are animals. She should have driven in a safe manner and none of this would have happened.

What is it with the Dog lovers in this generation. I grew up when a DOG WAS A DOG! Put him out of his misery, save the money for the vet and go buy another dang dog that's only gonna live 12 years!!

Eh. The woman was driving out of control. Having a sick dog doesn’t give you the right to drive like a moron.

Why do you tyrant loving liberals lie so much? And yes you are very much a liberal since you don't believe in limited government. Especially when there is video from the trooper's own camera that he pitted her at about 35 mph. It was a very slow sequence of events. And why did Arkansas change their policy if the trooper wasn't in the wrong?
