Is it common practice in the African American community to videotape memorial services? I've never seen anything like that done before.

Go to You Tube and look up Negro funerals. The culture is definitely different than white funerals. The people attending are dressed real nice plus they have ceremonies where they crown a "queen" in her casket. Sometimes they will crown a king. Most of the funerals that I watched on You Tube are ten times better than a wedding. The people definitely go out in style with a nice ceremony.

Google "shooting at funeral" and look at all of the different stories that come up.
The government could prevent a good bit of crime if they legalize certain drugs and allow them to be sold legally.

I agree drugs could be legalized but the people shooting over street corners aren't going to stop shooting each other because it becomes legal to sell drugs.
