Two people have been arrested in connection with the shooting, according to the Bakersfield Police Department. Peter Collins, 38, and 32-year-old Karla Fanning were arrested on Friday and booked into the Kern County Jail on suspicion of attempted murder and gang participation. Posted By Ghost

Crazy how normal that seems to some of them.

because they cant shoot for shite and cant hit the side of a barn.
but if you hit the ground or climb a tree your odds of getting hit go way up since thats where the bullets are going

That was the overwhelming feeling I got watching that. I mean, I think it's kind of natural to duck and cover, but the calm and orderly fashion in which they did it definitely reflects a haunting reality.

Some of those people are going to have a difficult time getting back up again, even if they're not shot.
