I don't think this is a case of TDS per se. This is a case of him being able to easily take advantage of how easy it is to fake a hate crime and have the media run with it because they're looking for boogeymen around every corner.

So what are the chances Jussie gets any kind of charges brought against him for at the very least filing a false police report?
