The quote from the blog says phone calls, not texts. I guess it doesn't matter all that much either way. The important thing about this information, is if it is true, then there could really only be one reason he deleted / redacted those calls from the record that he provided.
Yeah, the deleted call records may have lead to that, or they went straight to uber / lyft to see if there was any activity in that area during that time and found them out that way.

In fairness, I thought DJ was asking “Really?” if the information that the only redacted records were phone calls were with the Nigerians. That specific info from that blog is suspect and nobody else has reported it.

Exactly. That piece of information would pretty much confirm that he staged everything. There's no other reason to delete those numbers.
Nobody else is reporting on it because they probably want to be 100% sure that it's true.

From a source i have, the Chicago Police have been 2 steps ahead of Jussi. They had his phone records long before he gave up the bullshite mumbo jumbo he gave them.
They have had their hands tied, when it came to calling him out as a fraud. Mayor and Activists putting pressure to just make it disappear, let it fade to 8th page.
Looks like this shooting in Aurora will get that done.
