I knew from the jump this story sounded really fishy and unbelievable, but I hoped deep down that Jussie wouldnt lie about this and he really was attacked.
As more and more details come out regarding this story, it has become dang near impossible to believe his account of the story.

Someone had said last week that his phone records had been subpoenaed, making his limited help obsolete anyway.

I was almost here at the jump off point. It reminds me of that scene in JFK where Costner's Garrison says to Pesci's Ferrie after a particularly unlikely statement:
