Accuser and his manager refuse to voluntarily turn over phone records to corroborate story.

There are more fakehate crime stories that garnered national attention in the last month probably.
4 off the top of my head. Covington kids, Jasmine Byrd murder, the Jewish people booted because of antisemitism when in realist they smelled like shite, and Jussie. I'm sure there's another one or two out there.

No, they need to keep after it and make it well known, time and again, that these two are withholding the only evidence that corroborates their story. I don't know why they don't just go straight to the cell providers and try to get the info that way

Let's say that it's all fabricated. Nothing is going to happen to those who created the story. Until they are prosecuted, this will continue to be more and more prevalent. It's already achieved what was intended.

Unless he admits it, it will be difficult to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he wasn't attacked and it isn't worth the turmoil and trouble of trying to prove it unless you have an admission of some sort.

I've always been a proponent of charging the people with the very crime they fabricate and make sure they get sentenced to the same extent that said crime carries

Walt Teevens has never been able to credibly defend an argument. All he does is call people names, virtue-signal and emote. He’s the poster boy for the moral and intellectual bankruptcy of Progressivism. This thread is just the latest proof. He soooooooo wishes white people were oppressing black people to conform to his vacuous Marxist race- baiting Narrative , and he’s having a hard time giving it up. His psychology Demands a white racial bogeyman, so he sees it wherever he looks. Proving it beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law would actually be fairly easy. Once you take the media, SJW, and the rest of the race-baiting, agenda-driven folks out of the equation, and base it strictly on the facts, this guy's changing story, his previous twitter comments, etc., it would be pretty cut and dry.

If this were an isolated incident, I would agree. However, at some point, the lines need to be drawn and consequences need to be faced for false flags. For every real "hate crime", there are 100 false claims that do nothing but harm race relations and feed the activist trolls. If those same activists were genuine, they would be front and center discrediting shams like these since they actually cause logical people to assume real occurrences are complete bullshite.
