Yep. People don't go to jail for simple misdemeanors and felonies in states that have prisons full of murderers.

I heard something today about the creator?Producer? being gay, and that he has had several flings with gay actors in the shows he's been part of. So He might of had some sort of relations with Jussie, and will keep him on as long as network allows, thus keeping the heat off him, making Fox the bad guys.. Jussie could make claims about him advancing on him,etc.

Suprisingly, having lived in Chicago for 18 years, this whole Foxx recusal thing still astounds me.
1) There was a high profile crime in the city for which she is the State's attorney, so she KNOWS that she will be involved at some point, either assessing whether to bring charges or to prosecute
2) She is actively advocating on behalf of one of the parties involved in said crime before the CPD has a chance to present her with evidence in the case
I'm no lawyer, but to me that seems to be the height of unethical behavior given her position and should result from her being removed from office, if not disbarred.
