Thats simply not true. I said Ill wait for more info to come out. That isnt equal to someone thinking hes innocent. Get your facts straight.

Also, just to add something to this story. I have no sources or anything because this is just purely a speculation of mine. So, feel free to take it with a grain of salt.
I really feel as if Lee Daniels, the creator and director of Empire, may be in on this whole story as well. He and Jussie are both gay, and have a very close relationship. Not to mention, there's been rumors that Lee has had sex with most of his gay actors he employs.

No one says they dont believe rape victims. They would say they dont believe rape accusers. By calling them victims you are saying that you believe them.
Also, people dont just blanket disbelieve all accusations of rape. They take it one case at a time.
A logical person believes something based on the merits of the claim, not the type of claim.
