1) state level filing false police report.
2) federal felony of terrorist hoax letter laced with fake powder.
3) defamation lawsuit by Orange Man for claiming MAGA was yelled during attack.

Does any Baw here know of an archive of hate crime hoaxes that have been perpetuated in the last 10 years? Because this is the king of them all in my opinion.

My thing is...lynching is already illegal. Has been for a long time.
The last recorded lynching was in 1981. Why on earth is legislation regarding something that is already a crime necessary?
Do we need a bill to outlaw dueling? Maybe an anti-piracy bill? Perhaps we need to outlaw mongol hordes as well.
Which makes me think there’s actually something much more nefarious hidden in the bill.

This whole debacle is a perfect microcosm of the country right now.
The left hates President Trump because he took their ball away, and because they were told they were supposed to win forever they are irrationally angry and so they project their anger and concoct this doomsday scenario in their heads, fomented by the main stream media and much of social media.
Then, when all their apocalyptic prognostications fail to emerge and the country is actually on the upswing, they can’t deal with their worldview being proven wrong, so they double down and actively try to sabotage forward progress with #resist and #muhrussia and whatever else they can throw against the wall. And once again the MSM promises “we’ve got him now!”
And over and over their hopes and dreams are dashed against the rocks of reality.
The MSM and the Dem elite know that the proggie footsoldiers are junkies for outrage, and in the absence of the real McCoy, they take what little they can get and cut it to satisfy their jonesing. They’re peddling racism and the demand far outstrips the supply, so they are reduced to cooking it up from nothing.
Basically it’s all summed up in this meme
