This is why the SEC headquarters and NFL headquarters should be sued for their officials making bad calls in games.
No one is making these Judges watch football games, but no one made past football players play the game.
The NFL players lawsuit for CTE is frivolous on the same level as lawsuit for bad calls during games.

If this is true, by the end of this season, these judges won't even be handing sentences down. They will straight-up be jumping out from behind the bench and beating the sh*t out of the defendants.

The ONLY way this bullshite "study" would have any validity is if:
1) the same defendant
2) appeared before the same judge
3) for the exact same criminal charges
4) with extremely similar facts
5) before an LSU loss
6) after an LSU loss
And
7) after an LSU win.
Since none of that happened...its complete bullshite.

Black folk are more socio-economically depressed, therefore less likely to buy umbrellas. The rain dosnt care what color head it falls on. Black folk have disproportionately high rates of wet heads.

Not sure that you can design a study that can accurately reach that conclusion, but it makes total sense to me. Criminal better not set any sentencing after Nov. 5, or they are screwed!
