This is why women shouldn’t be in charge of education. They do stupid shite like fire the few men who actually are worth a frick.

I can agree that the firing was complete bullshite as the teacher had every right to stop the fight he thought was best but I don't like the idea of forcing an employer to hire him again and then work with him again as that is never going to be a good working relationship again.

If I fire someone, that means I don't believe he's a good and productive asset to the workplace and no court of law is going to convince me otherwise.

If the firing was really wrong, just order the employer to reimburse him for lost salary, health insurance and other payments and be done with it.

It was a government job.

Were talking about a school superintendent. Not a real boss

And future wages? Standing in the community? Ability to get another job with the similar pay and benefits?

I'd test that overgrown hick for steroids before I let him anywhere near children again. Seems a bit angry for that particular job.

Really don't care whether it was private or public.

Same principle.

In fact, the inability to fire people in government is one example of so many problems in DC today. The administrative state is bloated as frick filled with so many swamp creatures and the President can't fire them because of some silly law and judges protecting them.

I can speak from personal testimony as I have a close family relative that works in local education that superintendents are a lot more hands on than you would think.

Nothing is stopping him from rectifying that on his own. Nothing.

In my recommendation, What do you think a court of law finding the firing unjustified and being reimbursed for everything he's lost is supposed to do?

Well that’s silly. One is done with private funds and the other with taxpayer dollars.

Well it’s not really comparable at all because he was actually fired. And fired quickly. He used the appropriate legal method to have his unethical firing reversed.

I mean, our school system is garbage due in large prtvto bloated administrations being too hands on and not allowing teachers to teach, hiring unqualified teachers(I’m looking at you 22 year old girls with a teaching degree), and forcing teachers to teach to pass silly standardized tests for the sole purpose of getting more funding to keep fricking up the school system even more.

Nothing is stopping him from rectifying that on his own. Nothing.
Except for the fact that he has to defend a bullshite firing from silly woman who wanted to react to social media.

. I agree with you about a fractured working relationship in the future. So how would you fix this? What do you think would be fair?

I pay taxes too and I don't want my tax dollars trying to repair and fund a working relationship with someone who may or may not eventually leave on his own because of irreconcilable differences.

What? You think he's going to come back like nothing happened and his coworkers won't have an opinion on his reinstatement?

Once the relationship between employer and employee gets so difficult it's being litigated in a courtroom, there's no fixing it.

I'd rather my tax dollars go to hiring a new teacher that's a fresh and clean slate.

Even though I think he should be reimbursed for lost funds, I still believe that there's no such thing as an unethical firing.

Employment is a privilege, not a right.

Exactly.

Trying to repair a working relationship here just does not make sense to me. It's just more shite on the shite pile.

They belong in primary schools chasing after little rugrats and maybe as far a 5-6th grade, not fricking high school where they are only a few years older than horny teenagers with throbbing cocks ready to go.

A court of law finding the firing unjustified and being reimbursed for lost wages should be more than enough for vindication no?

Reimbursement for lost wages and finding of unjustified firing is more than enough.

Again...

Once the relationship between employer and employee gets so difficult it's being litigated in a courtroom, there's no fixing it.

So you think it is fair that he only get his back pay and a letter that says the firing was unjustified? Then a thank you good luck finding a new job.?

I feel bad for the teachers as they are not police officers.

You sit back do nothing fearing you lose your job. Get criticized.

Or

Try to break up the fight to protect other students possibly losing your job of you could
get injured.

How do you win this one if you are an educator?
