This!
My ex wife has pulled every trick in the book in an attempt to keep me from my daughter. Had it not been for me and my attorney meticulously documenting everything, and her inability to hide her true intentions, there is no doubt in my mind that I would have wound up in jail. The system errors on the side of caution, and I understand why, but the fallout to that is dads being mitigated or completely removed from their children's lives.
Good luck for anyone going through this. I was able to ultimately get sole custody (even though I was willing to work a 50/50 initially), so it can be done. Keep up the good fight.

I stopped reading when it stated the dad has no charges, no history, no accusations of hitting from the mom, no restrictions, etc.

but from the looks of the article the mom is brainwashing those kids with her side of the story.
I have no idea how you could have concluded that from the linked story when the father isn't even quoted.
Not even sure how his "side" in the later link can be trusted when he seemingly has no problem with his kids getting tossed into juvie.
Sorry but that's a shite father who would let that happen.

I know a lot of men that beat their wives and never have charges filed against them.
What people fail to realize in this case is, a judge locked up 3 kids because a mother and father couldn't or wouldn't reconcile their differences. If the mother was so bad why didn't the judge just give custody to the father? Why did she have them thrown in jail?
There is something in the divorce that no one is being told. It might have something to do with the fact that the father has another wife and a 2 year old child. Perhaps those 3 kids felt like he abandoned them. Who knows? The whole story isn't out there.

When they refused, Gorcyca held them in contempt and had each child hauled off to Children's Village's juvenile hall - until they are 18 years old.
Welp, if they wanted the kids to get even more fricked up by their parent's obvious toxic divorce, they have succeeded.

But Judge Gorcyca claimed he had been brainwashed.
This is the most factual sentence in that entire story.

The father placed his kids in contempt?

The father is the only one that has the power to change it. If he feels the kids learned their lesson, he could have them released. But the day after the hearing, he left for Israel for work and is not expected back for two weeks.
the father is the one that can get them taken out of juvie.
instead of telling the judge, no no no, please dont put my children in there, he left for Israel for two weeks.
dude is a POS for letting that happen to his kids.
he's never going to win them back letting them get tossed in kid prison where they will be forced to be around seriously fricked up people for the "crime" of not wanting to see him.

Three Bloomfield Hills kids who refused an order by a judge to go to lunch with their father have been ordered to a juvenile detention facility.
This is the story fabricated by an irrational, liberal feminist - Taryn Asher.

Hint: That's not really what happened (Another hint: divorce hurts like hell)
The true story was also covered by a dude.
quote:
What happened is that Mr. Tsimhoni took a job with GM in 2008. He moved to take a position in Israel and initially, Ms. Tsimhoni, who like Mr. Tsimhoni is originally from Israel, did not want to move back with him, even though both sets of grandparents lived in Israel.
“She decided not to come. Then she filed for divorce and stopped letting me see the kids or speak to the kids. After some months there was a reconciliation. She moved to Israel, we moved all of our belongings here and then one day she suddenly disappeared and took the kids. Next I heard from her she was in Michigan – not where we had lived, in Ann Arbor, but in Oakland County. That’s when the divorce proceedings began.”

No, it isn't
That is almost word for word from the court transcript. If they would have gone to the court house cafeteria and had lunch with their father she would not have sent them to juvie.

Hmmm...I bet you love watching Nancy Grace, too.
quote:
“The one incident that happened was five years ago I had a five-hour unsupervised visit. We were in a park and Maya was circling around the park the whole time, trying to sabotage the visit. Two hours into the visit, the children ended up in her car and she was trying to leave. I tried to prevent her from leaving because it was my time with the children. I was very careful not to do anything but she claimed that I pushed her. She screamed at the children, ‘Call 911! Call 911!’ The police showed up and Maya was screaming and the police confirmed that nothing happened. But in the children’s mind, that’s what happened.”

You can copy and paste HIS lawyers statement all you want. I read the court transcript.
You are the one being led around by your nose.

did all the kids get a trophy by order of the judge?

I apologize. Clearly my remarks about Nancy Grace upset you. I'm sure it's a wonderful hour of news.

It means nothing to me. What I find troubling is stupid people picking sides of the mother or father. You're just as dumb as the judge. You are choosing a side and putting children in jail as leverage to try to make adults be adults.
