They shouldn't go to juvenile, but from the looks of the article the mom is brainwashing those kids with her side of the story.

Is this real life? Surely this can't be legal and should be easily appealed, no? Especially if this is true:

We are only getting what the moron journalist is feeding us. My gut feeling is the mom is a psycho and is brainwashing her kids against their father (hence the Manson family reference). You have to really read between the lines on this one.
edit: If the kids even refuse to see their dad you know there is some heavy shite going on. No allegations or charges of abuse other than "hitting" her mother.

She definitely did the wrong thing, but I can imagine that there was a shite storm that has been raging for a while that led up to this.
She should face discipline from the California Supreme Court, but I'm sure there is a lot more going on here than the article lets on.

I read it. Mom brainwashed the kids to the point that they won't even see the father if she begged them. It's supervised visits...not custody. The judge lays it all out and knows much more about this situation than we get from a transcript or a twisted click bait article.

I don't agree with what the judge did, but parental brainwashing is a common and frustrating issue in child custody matters.
It is also a tough issue to resolve - it is a shame that there are so many shitty parents who screw their kids up because they are pissed at their ex.

He married Squeaky Fromme and she turned his kids against him because their 14+ year marriage failed. A Judge comes along and let her emotions get in the way and she ends up punishing the kids more. Nightmare.
