how can people of BR take this seriously, look at that press conference, what a freaking joke
This proves the point that when everyone is in charge, no one is in charge.
Deets on the presser?

Is local NAACP chapter president Mike McClanahan, the 2nd person to speak in the press conference, the same Michael Wayne McClanahan who has been disbarred?

They called for Erwin to step down and for the judicial commission and chief judge at the 19th to do whatever they can.

WBRZ is replaying it right now. They basically want Judge Erwin to be removed. And Kaneitra is too upset to speak.
One reporter asked ... but you were active on Facebook yesterday ... no response.

Well now they're officially playing hardball.
I cannot wait for this to blow up in their face. I can only imagine the amount of well prepared and experienced trial lawyers and litigators that have offered to defend the long time Judge.
Dis gon be good.

NAACP: His silence is an indictment by itself.
WTF? So if you don't actively defend yourself, no matter the accusation, then you are guilty? Is that how it works now?

How dumb can this woman be? Remember, a few minutes ago we were reminded by her attorney that Ms. Kaneitra was too upset to speak to reporters about what happened ...
Well guess what ... she's responding on Scottie Hunter's WAFB page.
Why hire an attorney if you are going to go against her recommendations?

Because she's a moron? Maybe her attorney is helping her answer the questions. Any attorney worth their salt would tell her to log out of all social media and lay low.

Investigate what? Do you want them to find a taped recording of the incident? People dont go around making up stuff like this.
