Maybe his girlfriend tried to call the cops on him after he shot this lady so he shot her too to try and get away with it. Most non psychos aren’t cool with shooting a woman for no reason.

Could this "minor property dispute" have been one discussed here a while back about a fence being erected 6 inches off the property line?

After I read it, I thought there were more than 4 people involved and that one dude had a boyfriend. I'm confused.

Hypothetical: the two women are tussling and he shoots in among them and hits them both. Not the brightest or most reasonable thing to do, but bright, reasonable people don't find themselves in situations like this to begin with. At which point the husband comes home to a crime scene with an armed intruder standing in the middle of it.

Hypothetical
heres another hypothetical. The 2 girls are cousins and really close. The “married” one was separated from the husband (Dardar). The husband has been in trouble multiple times with the law for stolen vehicles, drugs, and domestic violence against Tonia. Now the picture really gets murky. Hypothetically of course.

I don't even have a count on how many people are dead or shot.

I know Joe Dardar. I haven't seen him in years. But from my dealings with him, he was kind of crazy, but I would never imagine him as a killer. But who knows, people change. I guess its been about twenty years since I saw and talked to him.

Here is another one, just a guess. The husband and wife are swapping with the bf and gf. Wife is home alone and bf and gf show up. Wife and gf tell the bf that they are in loving and will be shacking up together. He shoots both, then hubby shows up and shoots the bf. Sounds crazy but it makes as much sense as anything else lol.
