Something needs to be done about this Rittenhouse prosecution. The DA should be stopped from trying to make an example of this kid. He was attacked and defended himself as his his right. But they’ll try to send him to prison for life to provide cover for these rioters.

No. When the law was passed, there was no expiration for criminals added to the sex offender registry. And yes, some people committed crimes that might not seem as heinous as others. That has been a point of contention that some people (probably not in this gentleman’s case) can show remorse, serve time and change their ways.
But guess what? They’re on this list forever. And it affects your job prospects forever. Again, this guy may/may not have been a good example of someone who should get taken off list.
