Will still have to travel but one of these will be home. I know they both have a Johnnys Pizza but other than great food what should I look at.

If you must choose one, I’d choose Shreveport.

I had to go to Shreveport last weekend to see family. Unless you really love gambling, as in it is the most important thing in your life, I don't think it's the city for you.

My job in 2005 took me to Monroe. 9 months later I left for Shreveport for a lateral move. Shreveport is much better.

Lived in both.

Shreveport.

Live in South Higlands or Broadmoor.

Bossier traffic sucks and it’s nothing but a bunch of culs-de-sac and shopping centers.

Shreveport for sure. Much bigger and better than Monroe.

But it's safer with better schools.

Monroe - You and everything you own will have the smell of a a rotten egg fart in or on it.

Shreveport - You will develop a gambling habit and spend all your money chasing the big one.

All of the top schools in the area are in Shreveport, not Bossier
