Job Interview this afternoon

It's for an administrator position at a local hospital/nursing home. The thing is though I will be interviewed by two women. I've never been interviewed by a woman before. Any tips? Is it much different from being interviewed by a man question-wise?

Lead with: "I have to admit I've never been double teamed by two women before, I apologize if I'm a bit nervous." That should break the ice and level the playing field, smooth sailing from there.
