Don’t arrive too early, as you may be in the awkward position of watching the person who was interviewed for the same job right before you leaving. 20 minute arrival, 7-10 mins before, arrive in the waiting area.

15 minutes early is stupid. Make it 7 minutes early and you're good.

Actually baw, if you really want to impress and play the power card, show up 10 mins late or so and when they ask why you were late say you just left from another job interview and it ran over longer as they really liked you. Then for sure ask for 10-20% more pay since the 'other company' liked you so much.

I interview people all the time. Nothing wrong with getting there early, just expect to sit around until we are ready for you.

If you arrive 350 seconds early you aren't showing up with <5 minutes to go. But you also don't have to awkwardly sit around for 6+ minutes.

If you’re early, you’re on time
If you’re on time, you’re late
If you’re late, you’re fired

No. Find men's room. Do what you need to do. Comb hair, straighten tie.

I would always set up like I was waiting in line for concert tickets.

Interview on a Thursday? Tent up Tuesday afternoon. That way they'll know you really want to work there.

Walk in five minutes before the scheduled time, even if you have to wait somewhere to get the timing right. That will account for variations in people’s watches and allow the interviewers to come up and get you exactly on time.

"If you're early, you're wasting your time; if you're late, you're wasting mine."

Be on time. "Don't show me you're a time waster, and for damn sure don't show me contempt by being late."

Hint: Get to the location in plenty of time, and sit in the car until just before (3-5 min.) time for the appointment.

10 minutes early means you’re 5 minutes late.

Don’t forget to update your references on Indeed and other sites as they periodically change.

That bit me in the arse recently.
