Jessican Chambers case still unsolved a year later

Saw a news story a few days ago where the guy said there was new information that was helping in the case. He all but said they had some good leads.

My guess is they know who did it but they can't prove it. Hopefully they get some hard evidence.

This is how I understood it as well. It seems her parents know. I remember the case of Holly Bobo being similar to this one, where LEO and basically the entire town knew who did it but they had to collect evidence for a trial and guilty verdict.

I'm sorry but if that was my daughter and the LEOs knew who killed her but couldn't prove it in court... The murdering mofo would "disappear" one day
