I mean I’m excited but 25% of people allowed into restaurants, movie theaters & church & 10 people in a gym isn’t going to do much for the economy.

25% capacity at restaurants and retail stores. Non emergency medical practices. Beginning of opening of salons and beauty shops I believe.

Edwards said he's hopeful Louisiana will be ready when the order expires in mid-May. When it does, the governor plans to ease restrictions on some public places: churches and more retailers will be allowed to open statewide at that time, including hair and nail salons and some restaurant dine-in services. They'll all be limited to only 25% of their legal occupancy rates, however.

*I think this gets changed

He says he is following trumps guidelines which says they will open in phase 1, but I doubt this looks anything like phase 1.

Any place that is taking reservations. No way in hell I would go wait in lines for a restaurant right now.
