What kind of weakling with no life cheers for a damn month-long mask mandate from the governor and tries to blame their fellow citizens by acting holier than thou because *they* were living scared the whole time? You didn't win anything by hiding in the corner in your mask since March of '20, you just wasted a year and a half of your fleeting life.

I know what the mortality rates are. There's more to these numbers than just severity of dying in the bed. The risk for permanent damage over time to the organs is much higher in Covid-19 than the Flu. Right now a lot of people actually have permanent damage they don't know about in their bodies by getting Covid. This is where the problem really lies. It has similarities to the flu but the data shows much higher damage to areas like the lungs in patients. You have to look at it from every angle not just because people are dying. Higher % of people getting permanent damage internally is an entirely new problem as well as much they don't seem to know about like Covid long haulers in seemingly healthy people before Covid. They're still studying this as to why it seems to have a bigger impact on some people over others.

Because it's what the medical data and journals are showing. They're not tampered by the government. You can look at any other country that has more transparent data. They're not all collaborating trying to trick you. This is why they're telling you to stop comparing it to the flu and take it more seriously.

A serious question: Do you know anyone who works with Covid patients all the time? I also know that they have a lot of breakthrough cases at Oschner that the media isn't talking about. That might look bad for vaccinations but a major reason these things happen is because when you have a higher vaccinated population you're bound to have more breakthrough cases with people who are immune compromised anyway where a vaccine only helps so much if at all for them.

They can't be conclusive because the data hasn't been around long enough. They're only talking about what they see in Covid patients.

I'm not saying our government refuses to tamper with data or mislead but if think everything is a lie from universities, to medical journals, to independent parties, then how do you live your life each day? You have something wrong with you seriously mentally to have that kind of denial in your mind. And no, it's not fear mongering to state facts no matter how much you want it to fit your narrative.

How's telling you vaccinated people are going to the ER fear mongering? As your vaccinated population goes up, this happens. The more vaccinated the more vaccinated people who will go to the ER because you have a smaller population of people who are no longer vaccinated. What does that tell you? Common sense says it's eventually spreading to immune compromised people who are vaccinated getting sick anyway. It still works for the majority of the population and studies are showing these vaccines are actually amazing. On the opposite end of the spectrum with everything open now how many people do you think got covid vaccinated and didn't know about it? Sick people are more likely to go to the ER imagine that.

Don't underestimate our healthcare system. US is amazing when they put their heads together to make something like these vaccines. We should all appreciate their hard work.
