Do you think, that there might be a difference between the covid shot, and previous vaccines?

This is simple

You said “you won’t take it until all liability waivers are removed”

Have you taken other vaccines? Because if you did, why didn’t you hold them to the same standard?

At least when people get a vaccine for the mumps they still can't get "just a touch of mumps" unlike Covid

you tend to overlook over obvious problems with the logic behind your arguments. what percentage of the right side of the political aisle now opposes same sex marriage in 2021? 5% 10% 20%?

This is so stupid and you keep repeating it. Are you really asking why he didn't oppose being vaccinated as a 6 month old or as a four year old? We have read you post it over and over. It isn't less stupid the 45th time.

I am tired of living under constant threat of government lock down state and mask mandate, all entirely preventable by just opting to take a widely available vaccine.

Fear of government mandate is not why you should take the vaccine. Look at the numbers and it’s effectiveness against said vaccine. Look at the number of doses given and the relative lack of adverse effects.

Don’t do something you have legitimate doubts about because of fear of the government.

I got the shot but in no way do I think it should be forced. My sister had covid when she found out she was pregnant earlier this year. They tested her before she gave birth and she had antibodies. What would be the point of her getting the shot?

Apparently a significant portion of the OT population also knows a completely health person under the age of 40 who caught COVID and has died in the last few weeks. Strange.

i know a completely healthy person under 30 that got a staph infection and died a few years ago......Oh my!

I got a gnarly staph infection a few months ago....still here. Maybe we going get staph vaccines to prevent the random people from dying.

Are they going to also mandate the flu vaccine, the flu which in bad years can be just as deadly, or even more so, than Covid?
Over the last 10 years in the US, the flu averages around 50k deaths per year. In a year and a half, covid has killed 630,000...can you please link to where the flu has been deadlier in the US?

Ok understood; however, would a medical exemption not be granted either?

Curious for the Drs on here, would you recommend two shots of varicella vaccine to your patients that you know had chicken pox?

Unless FDA approval comes with a removal of the liability immunity, I’m out. What incentive do these big pharma companies have to be on the up and up about things if there are no consequences to their actions?

You are right

Many vaccinated people get full blown mumps. You realize that you are actually highlighting why it is important for everyone to take the vaccine, right?

Have you always been on this crusade? Or were you part of the OT and PT that made fun of the granola moms in California that caused the mumps outbreaks?

I’m both against federal and government mandated and the crunchy granola types. Also, didn’t the outbreaks occur in largely migrant communities?

All I am saying is my neighbor’s boyfriend had covid a little over three months ago. He currently has zero antibodies in his system.

I'd bet $1000 that he was a false positive....what types of symptoms did he have?

mandating federal employees to get it?

nothing wrong with that, if you dont like it, find employement else where

quote:

mandating state employees to get it?

again, the state government still has personal property rights just like federal and local. they can mandate that as part of the terms of employment. Dont like it, then work somewhere else or unionize and negotiate a CBA that restricts that.

quote:

pressuring schools to enforce students to get it?

if its public schools, they have always done this. again if you dont like it, find a private school that doesnt require it.

quote:

pressuring private companies to get it?

pressuring how? through taxes?? frick THAT!! now you are talking manipulating the free market. frick any and all of that. NO MORE GOVERNMENT PICKING WINNERS AND LOSERS!!! let the free market do free market things.

quote:

mandating that the general public has to get it to participate in the free market?

again how? frick them and frick that. frick any and all of that. NO MORE GOVERNMENT PICKING WINNERS AND LOSERS!!! let the free market do free market things.

LOOK AT MY EMOTIONS! I can use this lazy horseshite for anything. You ever know anyone who died in a car wreck? Isn't it worth not driving to ensure you don't kill a loved one of someone else? Why are you so selfish? Who can disagree with that?

Jesus this is stupid, unrelated, and makes absolutely no point.

If you want to make a comparison related to driving a vehicle, the comparison should be to wearing a seatbelt vs not wearing a seatbelt.

You’ll probably be fine either way, but why not wear the seatbelt?
