The cases are centered in Nola, an international city. Duh! Does that factor in? West Virginia is not the bastion of Rhodes Scholars but they just had their first case. Is that because of superior intelligence?

C'mon, man.

Elections have consequences. We could have had an MD leading the state through this, instead we have Honor Choade with his GumboPac advisors, and our two largest cities being managed by mental midgets

The intelligent hard working person is vastly out numbered in Louisiana especially in New Orleans and Baton Rouge.

Dumbasses will continue to elect dumbasses.

I don’t really see at all how this can change. The state might have a chance to elect better leadership but Nola and BR basically don’t because any smart person is leaving and living in the burbs

The hanging of politicians and media "may be necessary" across the nation.

It probably wont. The masses will worship them for saving us from doom by locking us up.

I hope this malaria drug thing is being successfully vetted at a high level and trump can announce it works well and is readily available. That should squish the panic pretty quickly. Hopefully before sloth locks us down

even if we found a treatment, i don't know how much it would change

a vaccine? that would be great, but it will take 12-18 months in the best case scenario

treatment isn't going to fix the variables we're worried about with this virus

IDGAF what he does as long as he doesn't get his way and sends the general public to VA medical facilities.

Almost 300 cases after having 13 the start of last week.

Learn to read data.

If I test 10 in the first week and 8 show positive and test 50in the 2nd week and 16 show positive that doesn’t mean the virus has doubled..

Sadly some of the media is only focusing the first number and some are panicking. Even JBE said that the number us going to spike just because we are conducting more tests.

Focus on percentage of positive, not numbers.

The virus isn’t just spreading, it’s been here. Big difference now is we are looking for it

A HUGE problem we have here in America is that we have stupid people (thanks Democrats) that can't do basic math that are being lied to by a lying media (thanks Democrats) that can't do basic math either.

We saw what happened just a few weeks ago when a prominent media liar did bad math and was called out: They called everyone racist.

See a pattern here?

So, with that, expect mass hysteria, especially when our bought-and-paid-for media is being directed by the Chinese.

When you have a major press conference and all the stupid people care about is "don't call it Wuhan bc that's racist", you are fricked as a society. Period.

The Left is winning every culture war in the US and it is showing. China is now using this victory to aid their propaganda, and the American Left is more than happy to do their bidding.

Look at average reported cases per day. Important statistic. Once our measures that we have implemented have had time to take effect (based on the 5 day incubation period) that number will go down. Next week will be the peak and after that we should see some leveling off

You should probably shut the frick up

So you are just making assumptions because I am in a wheelchair? And this is coming just from the fact that I said "yall are acting like the world is shutting down" because I pointed out the fact that things are not completely shut down?

You sound like an insecure bitch.

I have no idea how the real world works huh?

So because I joke around on a message board, that means I have never had any "real life experiences"? People with "real life experiences" understands that things can always be a lot worse. Have dealt with things that makes you appreciate what you do have.

And how the hell do I live like a HS or college student?

And while I currently don't have my own business, I did in the past. It was a learning experience for me. It was a low cost set up that started off on a positive track, but it did fail. It sucked, but I took a shot and I learned from it. So frick you for making assumptions about me.

You are a sensitive bitch.. You really got offended because I said "well yall are acting like the world is shut down". If that hurt your feelings then I am not the one who has no idea what the world is like.

Well.. I don't have any kids.

But why does that matter? So if I did have kids, I would think that this is an overreaction and would rather the government take no action?

Usually when people go to personal attacks it means they are not able to argue against that person's point.

08 has never faced adversity in his life. His parents have always bailed him out of any trouble he got into. And his whole purpose of posting here is to troll people.

See how easy it is to make up shite? Well, some of it is made up, but since I am posting it in a message board that means everything I said is true right?
