We are in Phase 2 for schools but with phase 1 restrictions
So we will go to phase 3 with phase 1 restrictions unless he opens bars, then we will be in phase 3 with phase 2 restrictions
Phase 3 doesn’t mean shite unless it’s full phase 3 which there is no way in hell that will happen today
