I am not saying they knew. I am saying with our intelligence budget they should have known. They shouldn’t have been relying on WHO or China.

The timing of outbreak in Wuhan, Chinese New Year, European vacations on the Italian ski slopes, and Mardi Gras couldn’t have worked out worse.
The piece the international relations/intelligence folks might have missed (we don’t know) is the close link between Wuhan and Northern Italy and the implications that would have had on disease spread - we realistically could have been able to cut that cord at the first sign of trouble.

Who knows what was known and when . I mean hell China has a viral plague every other year . I am still think China went to extreme measures to hide the severity of this from anyone . Plus if you really think the cia or intelligence communities are buddies with trump you have your head in the sand . They tried to impeach him . I could see them hiding info on this just to make him look bad

I mean da mayor shut down the Gras after 2 deaths, that no one suggested was coming. So cant blame anyone else for this one. Or is passing blame part of your Honor Code?
