Here's the deal. I'm against all this closing bullshite, but they need to either do a complete shutdown, or no shutdown. If you think shutdowns work, shut it all down for a month and prove it. Then let us get back to normal. But cutting occupancy from 75 to 50%, etc. isn't gonna do shite. Sorry but it's true.

I will say that hospitals, at least in St. Tammany, are putting restrictions on elective surgeries again. That is not a good sign.

I don’t believe this is happening but on the chance it does he will have a disclaimer in the proclamation regarding schools
Going back to phase 2 proclamation has a disclaimer for schools staying in phase 3

Then just stop the shutdowns altogether. Partial closings and capacity lowerings are not going to help. People will just gather in other ways.
