Would he be the first governor to require it?

I liked the one bar with the massive wooden deck enough I guess I’m not a fisherman. So it was that place, a terrible beach, and a metric frick ton of mosquitos at night

And a bandana over your face doesn't do anything to prevent the virus.

Arties has the huge deck on the beach side and Daddy's Money/The Beach Club used to have a big deck on top but they've been closed for a while..they were on the other side of the street

The road to compliance on the mask issue is through businesses. See HEB in Texas. If you are against masks, but the only place you can grocery shop is at an HEB, then boom, you can't go in without a mask because HEB said so. If he gets businesses to go along with the mask order, the businesses become the enforcers.

I had this debate with a friend the other day

the only thing that these homemade masks accomplish is keeping large droplets from going everywhere if you cough, sneeze, or maybe talk to people

if I'm not coughing nor sneezing, and I don't talk to anyone at the store, the mask serves literally 0 value to anyone other than feel good compliance

FWIW, received an email from Louisiana Workforce Commission advising that since the Governor is extending the stay at home order, OWCA is closed until further notice.

And they don't prevent getting infected if coughed or sneezed on. It is almost like they are taking our individualism away. Hmmmmm....

You're forgetting it's dehumanizing and alienating effects.

It has drastically improved my armed robbery game, though.

Where do you live that you are forced to stay home

To clarify, the current stay at home order limits non-essential movement beyond our homes. I think that has a chance to be lifted. But most non essential business will still be closed come 05/01/20
