If it only affected people who went out, we wouldnt have this issue. Problem is asymptomatic people infecting those who are high risk

I’m not sure I understand the bars. If you eat in a restaurant, I assume you can order a drink, but can’t sit in the bar.

I sat at a sushi bar yesterday.

How much do asymptomatic people spread the virus? There is absolutely no data on this.

My aunt had it and she’s severely overweight. Guess what, she’s perfectly fine.

I don’t have to deal with the flu either

But i believe masks will be mandatory and possible back to Phase 1. He may not technically go back to phase 1 (even though I think it's likely at some point), but he'll implement restrictions that pretty much reflect phase 1. Really one in the same. Bars are about to get fricked. Mask mandate is becoming more likely even though he's been hesitant to do it statewide (while applauding mayors who implement it locally). My prediction: He makes the threat today, and by Friday announces the new restrictions after 'a deep dive' into the numbers. This is the exact playbook he's been following since the start.

Just came to flex. I was only off by a day. This guy is so predictable.

Bars have proven to be hotspot for #COVID19 spread, @LouisianaGov says. Adds he's not trying to punish bar owners but at least 36 outbreaks (400+ cases) tracking back to bars statewide

.@LouisianaGov : “We have no reason to believe the numbers we are seeing are going to get better. In fact, they’re going to get worse.”

“If you can’t wear a mask because of a medical condition then you have a medical condition that makes you vulnerable to covid-19” - @LouisianaGov

Until there is data, you dont think public leaders will err with the side of caution? Also those Who go out and catch covid that show symptoms place themselves around high risk people, another problem

If this is his reasoning, all saints fans better be prepared to just watch from home.

frick those 75,000 people you don’t know, I guess. You don’t have to deal with it so it’s of no concern to you. Until it is...

frick the thousands of people that have lost their jobs, lively hood, businesses, everything they've worked for, and anyone who says otherwise!!!!

Pull your holier than thou head out of JBE's arse for a few seconds so you can take a breath. Just make sure you're wearing a mask when you do it.

Deviated septum causes me breathing issues, can't wear mask per doctor. This does NOT equal "vulnerable to covid".

Has anyone seen other states or cities that have mask mandates and if they are working?

What's wrong with positive cases if the death rate is low and getting lower?

She was just perfectly fine the entire time?

She wasn’t miserable the entire time?

I might believe that. Everyone responds differently. I’ve had it since last weekend and I’m still fighting it and it fricking sucks for the first few days. Sorry I didn’t die to justify wearing a mask.

All they’re doing is trying to slow it down. They’re not trying to take you by the hand and bring you into a gas chamber.

You’re saying asymptotic people are breaking into people’s houses and forcing high risk people to get infected?

Because how does me wearing a mask in public stop a random asymptotic person from infecting a high risk person?

You aren’t just punishing them you freaking lunatic, you are closing down their business. They will not recover from this. And for what? This virus isn’t going anywhere ever. We cannot live our lives like this. It’s going to destroy this country.
