Agree, SCOTUS laughs at them.

How would her dad remember “picking her up” from such an alleged tragic event that she didn’t disclose what happened.

8 hours away no less. Her dad didn’t even take her there. So he let some stranger take his 13 year old daughter to the VMAs 8 hours away and doesn’t remember picking her up. I feel like I’d never forget traveling 8 hours to pick my daughter up, no matter when it was.

Maybe so, but people who lie generally don't offer to take them and don't want to take them.

Did you pull this out your arse? Because it’s quite the contrary. People who tell the truth don’t offer to take them because of how BS lie detectors are.

Celebrity would be admitting to having attended the party.

This was confirmed by a 3rd party and MTV

If you're innocent and take one and pass it, the cops say, " yeah, those things are BS and a joke".

If you fail it, they say, " ah-ha! You're guilty as a MF'er! ".

I haven’t been following story.

Who is the celebrity that has been confirmed by a third party?

Looks like Jay Zs team got sloppy and were recorded trying to bribe and pay off folks to go after Buzbee. Jay didn't realize the hornets nest he kicked when it comes to Buzbee, he isn't afraid to go up against anyone, especially on his home turf in Texas.

Can someone start a class-action lawsuit against Jay-Z and Combs for their role in f**king up the music business?

I miss the days when music wasn't dominated by former (maybe) drug dealers who cannot sing or make music without relying on samples from those who actually could....

Hes not dealing with a cuck for the first time in his life.

This will be eye opening for Jay z. Hes going up against a man that has willingly been shot at before and went back for more.

In a notice of voluntary dismissal filed Friday, attorneys for the woman dropped the lawsuit with prejudice, preventing it from being re-filed in the future.

A lawyer for Jay-Z, whose legal name is Shawn Carter, hailed the development.

“The false case against Jay-Z, that never should have been brought, has been dismissed with prejudice,” Carter’s attorney, Alex Spiro, said in a statement. “By standing up in the face of heinous and false allegations, Jay has done what few can – he pushed back, he never settled, he never paid 1 red penny, he triumphed and cleared his name.”

Those brothas just got a hall pass for making 13 year old pussy and 14 year old bussy bleed all over the sheets.

The entire rap industry and NBA is breathing a massive sigh of relief now.

I thought Diddy had videos of all of his rapes with his fellow rappers and the children they raped. Didn't the FBI confiscate all of that?
