Apparently two kids were in the car and had to be airlifted out. On top of that apparently tomorrow is Mark Briscoe's birthday.
I hope it's not true that Jay's wife also died & his kids are hospitalized... you never want to see a family go through this tragedy
Also... someone in the Fightful chat said Jay's 39th birthday is in 8 days

Yeah man it's really terrible. No child deserves this.

Ahh. Well that's what those figs over on reddit were saying. That's what I get for listening to those losers.

Do we know if the car wreck was because of cardiac arrest?
Dont pretend like people dying suddenly hasn't increased of late. WEF specifically requested unvaxxed pilots fly them in to Davos.

Screw off with that.
I remember during COVID people (rightfully) had concerns that the official number of COVID deaths included people that died who just happened to have COVID instead of dying of COVID itself. I even recall there was actually a story about a motorcyclist who had COVID and died in a wreck but was counted as a COVID death.
I assume those types of stories pissed you off at the time, right? Surely you realize you’re doing the same thing don’t you?

A man who died in a motorcycle crash was counted as a COVID-19 death in Florida, according to a new report from FOX 35 Orlando.
According to the report, Orange County Health Officer Dr. Raul Pino was asked whether two coronavirus victims in their 20s had any underlying medical conditions that could have potentially made them more susceptible to the virus. Pino's answer was that one of the two people who was listed as a COVID death actually died in a motorcycle crash. Despite health officials knowing the man died in a motorcycle crash, it is unclear whether or not his death was removed from the overall count in the state.
Dr. Pino tells FOX 35 that one "could actually argue that it could have been the COVID-19 that caused him to crash."

It really is a sad situation the man had a family...I feel for his wife and daughters and hope and pray that both of his daughters recover from their injuries.
With all that said....it is a shame that Jay and Mark never got to work in a WWE ring....they could have put on a helluva show with the Hardy's, the New Day, the Uso's, etc over the last 10-15 years. I think Jay would have been a big time singles competitor as well. He could have been that tweener face that WWE hasn't had since Stone Cold. I think he is one of few that could have made that work in a "PG" era.

Also police reports put the other driver at fault
"On January 17, 2023, at approximately 5:09 p.m., a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 was traveling westbound on Laurel Road just west of Goose Nest Road. At the same time, a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 was traveling eastbound on Laurel Road in the same vicinity. For unknown reasons, the driver of the Silverado 1500 pickup truck failed to remain in her lane, crossed the center line, and entered the eastbound lane of Laurel Road, directly into the path of the Silverado 2500. This resulted in a head-on collision between the two pickup trucks in the eastbound lane.
The driver of the Silverado 1500, identified as 27-year-old Lillyanne Ternahan of Frankford, Delaware, was wearing her seatbelt. The driver of the Silverado 2500, identified as 38-year-old Jamin Pugh of Laurel, Delaware, was not wearing his seatbelt. Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene."

That's a whole lot of weight colliding head-on. Damn.
The woman driving the other truck veered into his lane. What are the odds that a cell phone was involved? I'm betting they're pretty high.

Dumb count was definitely looking at her phone.
